Ana Margarita Lopez

Ana Margarita Lopez, 59, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2023 with her family lovingly by her side.

Ana was born on September 25, 1964 to Antonio and Margarita Lopez in Santa Ana, El Salvador. She had a wonderful upbringing on her parents farm surrounded by her brothers, sisters, and extended family.

She came to the United States in 1989 and she became well-known for her big heart, jovial nature, and infectious laughter. Anyone that knew Ana fondly remembers her unwavering faith in God and love for her family.

Ana is survived by her brothers Carlos, Oscar, Nicolas, Jorge, Nelson; and her sisters Isabel, Angelica, and Mayra. Her legacy lives on through her nephews Robert, William, Carlos, Luis, Jorgito and her nieces Patricia, Nicole, and Dalia. Her family brought her so much happiness and she loved being a doting aunt.

Ana was a wonderful person inside and out and she cared so deeply for the people around her. She will truly be missed.

Friends and family are welcome to attend a celebration of life which will be held on October 13 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home in Elizabeth, NJ. Cremation will be private.
