Concetta R. Skiba

Concetta "Connie" Skiba (nee: DeCaito) passed away March 30th. Although born in Montclair, she resided in Union county for most of her adult life. Connie was a lover of flowers, babies, Elvis, and above all, her family. She was an avid cook and skilled at crafts, often knitting slippers and blankets in a few days time. She leaves behind to celebrate her life 5 daughters - Cheryl Manzella, Dana DaSilva, Robin Giardina, Stephanie Leonard, and Jennifer Benson, longtime companion James Griffin, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Services are Sunday the 10th from 4pm-8pm at Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 East Jersey Street, Elizabeth, NJ.
