Jose Ramon Salavarria

Jose Ramon Salavarria 84, entered into the arms of the Lord on December 3, 2019 after a long battle with IPF disease. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador on June 26, 1935 to Jacinto Alejandro Salavarria and Medora Rios Jimenez. Jose, affectionately called "Pepe" and "Pepillo" by his extended family, came to the U.S. as a teenager along with his mother and his brother Norman, and worked hard to build a good life for himself and his family. A loving father and grandfather, Jose was always close to his extended family in the US and in Ecuador. Jose is survived by his daughters Constance and Linda, his son Joseph and wife Ilona, his granddaughters Diana, Claudia, Madeline, and Izabella, his grandsons Zachary and Nicholas, and great granddaughter Lyla Grace. Our hearts break without you, though the beautiful memories will bring us joy until we see you again. We miss you Pop!
