Roberto Perez

Roberto Perez, born on October 24, 1975, in Newark, New Jersey, passed away on July 21, 2024. He was the cherished son of Wilberto Perez Sr. and Ana Perez.

A proud graduate of Science High School, Class of 1994, Roberto dedicated his career to helping others as a driver’s aide for the NJ Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. His magnanimous and jovial nature made him a beloved figure among colleagues and those he served.

An avid sports fan, Roberto’s passion for the New York Giants was unmatched. He was known for his larger-than-life personality, bringing joy and laughter to every gathering.

Roberto is survived by his brother, Wilberto Perez Jr.; his sister, Awilda Martinez, and her husband, Luis Martinez; his sister, Audeliz "Angie" Perez; and his niece, Bryanna Martinez. He was also a beloved cousin to many who will miss him dearly.

Roberto's legacy of kindness, humor, and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be remembered for his quick wit and the profound impact he made on everyone’s lives.
