Sylvia Weidemann

Sylvia Weidemann, Roselle, passed away on Saturday January 27, 2018 at JFK Hospital, Edison. Memorial visitation will be Tuesday, January 30th from 6pm – 7pm at Las Rosas-Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 East Jersey Street, Elizabeth NJ 07201. Born in Elizabeth April 14, 1927 and settling in Roselle, Sylvia was an avid artist and President of the Roselle Art Association as well as President of the Roselle Senior Center. She was a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Roselle. Sylvia was predeceased by her late husband Theodore Weidemann in 2000. She is survived by her daughter Tina Weidemann of Winston Salem, NC, granddaughter Amber Castro of Clark, NJ, also several grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
