Vonnie L Tello

Vonnie Lee Tello, 66, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. She was born in the small quaint town of Chincoteague, Virginia to Bobby Eugene and Carol Ayers. The family moved to Elizabeth, NJ where she would call home for many years. Vonnie went on to have 4 beautiful children, 3 girls and 1 boy whom she loved beyond what any words could ever express. Vonnie was an extremely hard working woman. She loved her job and second family at Trinitas hospital where she dedicated 47 years of her life. Finally taking a break from hard work she retired in 2017 to fulfill her second passion, caring for her grandchildren. She loved that "job" most of all. Anyone that knew her knew she lived for moments with her grandchildren. From decorating pumpkins to parades on Main Street, she was always front and center with her little ones. Vonnie is survived by her mother, 8 siblings, 4 children, and 7 grandchildren who will always cherish their special moments with her. Holidays will always be celebrated in her memory with tons of decorations and special moments to keep her spirit alive. Vonnie had a huge heart and would always try her best to do anything she could for her loved ones. Abuela will always live on in all of our hearts.
